“V&R” manufactures forklift trucks, series VRD / VRG with lift capacities from 2.0 to 5.0 t.
Ergonomics
The driver position meets the ergonomic requirements and provides good view, conveniently set control devices including central panel with built-in steering column.
The seat is anatomically adjustable, spring suspended and with hydraulic shock-absorbers.
Load Sensing Hydraulic Control System
A priority valve sensing the load is built-in into the hydraulic control system. This way the effectiveness of steering increases, what results in achieving effortless operating and reducing losses of power, which is being directed towards lifting, inclination and all other operations supported by the hydraulics.
Lift Mast
All types lift masts provide wide forward visibility, which improves work safety.
German hot-rolled steel profiles are used for construction of the lifting masts, precisely welded and tested by ultrasonic control to ensure their dependability.
A safety valve is fitted to prevent accidental load falling down even with a hydraulic hose bursted. In this way, lowering speed automatically fixes the same rate either with, or without load.
Electric System
Centrally positioned control panel, comprising all functions (14 parameters displayed) with all control switches (13 functions could be switched), is built-in in a set with steering column.
The plug fuses panel is built-in on the left of the control panel which provides easy inspection, maintenance and replacement.
The lighting system is in accordance with E13 of the European Directives, which allows driving in roads and on working area, also.
The front lighting comprises combined clusters of lights and direction indicators and the tail light combines in one body stop lights, direction indicators and reverse movement lights. A halogen light for rear working is installed, as standard equipment.
Engine
The engine is diesel (Isuzu, Cummins) or gasoline (Nissan).
All models meet the European requirements for reducing gas emissions levels (Directive 97/68/EC Stage 2 for off-highway machines).
Transmission
The hydrodynamic block-transmission together with the drive axle, is Graziano TXL, one-speed, with inching valve built-in ensuring slow motion when precise maneuvering needed.
The hydrostatic transmission ensures steady operation on difficult ground.
