Engine-driven Forklift Trucks > DVR series

The engine-driven Forklift Trucks (FLT) of DVR/GVR series are reliable for operation on solid and flat surface and ambient temperature between 25 and +35 C. For indoor performances we install an LPG fueled IC engine. The general purposes engine-driven FLT of DVR/GVR series are range of forklifts with load capacity accordingly 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 tons and lifting height 3300, 4000 or 4500 mm.

FLT are generally equipped with forks that could be replaced by various other attachments fork positioner, side-shifter, range of special clamps and jaws, rotating devices for specific handling of loads.


Chassis

It is a tough welded steel construction, maximum stiff, ensuring good protection, free approach for maintenance of the assemblies and components and long life of the truck itself.






Drive axle

It is a firm cast steel beam, containing main conic spiral spur gear, a differential gear and final one stage reduction gears.


Steering Axle

It is a substantial and secure construction. It consists of a firm steel beam, double-action piston cylinder and classical ball joints.


Power-shift transmission

The power-shift transmission is one-speed, series HDP 6860. The built-in inching valve, operated by the brake pedal, ensures slow motion when precise maneuvering needed.

 

Electric system

The operation voltage is 12 V. On the control panel are located indicators: for the cooling liquid temperature; fuel level; control lamps for charging the accumulator, oil pressure in the engine and direction indicators.



Engine

The engine is D3900 (diesel) or G3900 (LPG)

  • four-stroke, water cooled;
  • displacement 3.86 l;
  • power 57 kW at 2500 min-1;
  • maximal torque 250 Nm at 2500 min-1.




Hydraulic system and steering

A separate spur pump provides pressure for the operation hydraulic. The oil-tank volume is quite enough even if the truck would be equipped with forklift attachments. Safety valves assure slow lowering of the load even with a hydraulic hose torn.
Another spur pump provides pressure for the servo-amplified hydraulic steering system.



 

Lifting mast

It is a compound welded construction of high-strength hot rolled shaped steel.
The mast may be four types:
Simplex Two masts with a centrally located cylinder; normal free lift
Simplex - Two masts; wide view; two cylinders on both sides of the static mast, normal free lift
Duplex Two masts with a centrally located telescopic cylinder; special (full) free lift.
Triplex Three masts; special (full) free lift.
